Digital Image Terms and Agreement
The images and graphics sold or gifted to you by Fill In The Blanks Supply Canada (FITB) are for personal and small business commercial use only as outlined below.
By purchasing images or graphics from our website you are binding yourself to the following terms and agreements:
You are purchasing a digital image. There is no physical product being sent to you.
The images are available in jpg, pdf, and png format. All three of these images, without the watermark, will be available for instant download in a zip file after purchasing. Personalized graphics will be available shortly after the purchase and you will receive the images via email.
You can use these images on all finished products sold or gifted from you to an individual. No 3rd party production, mass production, or graphic/image sites allowed. ie: Red Bubble, Zazzle, Cafe Press, etc
You may not sell, loan, distribute, or sell prints of any of these graphics, or any of the elements within these graphics. They are for use by you to your customers or friends/family on finished products only.
You may personalize the images with a name etc, but you may not alter the image by erasing sections, altering colour or fonts. You may place the image on a background, but you cannot add design elements or other graphics to it hence creating a new design.
No printing service, website design, e-books, transfer printing sales, or digital products may be made from any of the images, whole or in part, found on our site. You may not change the format and re-sell any graphics or elements purchased or obtained from Fill In The Blanks Supply Canada (FITB). Example: you cannot transform the image to be used on embroidery and sell that image.
This license is not transferrable.
