We dislike the small print as much as the next person, but please read on!

Shipping:

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation is sent by email. The carrier will be based upon your choice from check-out.

The # of days listed beside each carrier choice, while in check-out, is that carrier's best estimate of travel time.  It is NOT based from when you place your order.  Example: "3 days" means that the carrier estimates that your parcel will take 3 days with them travelling before it reaches you. 

Next business day, or sooner, shipping is our Gold Customer Service standard for all in-stock items.  

All parcels are sent with insurance. We determine lost and damaged parcel refund or re-shipping based on the outcome of the Canada Post claim.

There is no signature required upon delivery and the client must ensure a safe spot for parcel drop off.

Letter mail shipping is available for items that can be sent through this service. There is a $5 fee but it comes with no tracking and no insurance.  The client must assume all risk.  Please inquire prior to ordering with letter mail so we can ensure the item can be shipped through this method.

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations:

Wrong item ordered, changed your mind?  No problem!  Contact us to pre-approve your return.  A discount code for the full amount on the item(s) will be given as soon as it is returned to us.  Returns must be pre-approved.  Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the client's responsibility.  Items must be returned in unopened, unused, and in sellable condition.

Discount codes are given for items returned according to the above description and also for major damaged or flawed items received. We inspect each item and hold ourselves to a high standard so the chance of receiving something with a great flaw is significantly low.  Slight imperfections happen occasionally but are not classified as flawed if it does not impede the use or sale of the product.  We want you to be happy with the items we sell just as you want your clients happy with the products they receive.

To return a damaged or flawed item (not caused by shipping damage) please contact us within 15 days of receiving your items. These claims are very rare and we will review each claim individually.  If any refund is to be given, the refund will be processed after the item is received by us.

If you place an order and cancel it, please note that you will receive a credit code for us on our site, not a refund. By placing an order on our site you agree to this policy.  This is to deter fraud and to lower our cost of fees due to people placing false orders on our site. 


Shipping Damage Claim:

You have 15 calendar days from the day your parcel was delivered to you to make any damage claims.

Please take photos of any damage to the box. You will also be required to take photos of each item damaged. If more than one item is damaged during shipping, please take a photo of each item independently and also a group photo of all damaged items together. All photos can be submitted to heretohelp@fillintheblankscanada.ca

Complete our Shipping Damage Claim Form here and submit it once completed. Please use the same email address and name on the form that you used for placing your order.

Once your photos and your Damage Claim Form is received we will process it within 2 business days.

Validated damage claims will have the value of the item(s), including tax, credited back to your FITB account in the form of an individualized code. We do not re-ship damaged item nor do we process refunds to the original payment method for damage claims. You will receive an email from us with all the details. Please ensure that our email is on your safe list so there are no delays caused by missed emails landing in your junk folder.

Need to cancel an order?  If your order has not shipped we can cancel and issue a discount code for the entire order cost. If your order has already shipped then you will need to apply for a pre-approved refund as per the first paragraph details. Shipping will not be refunded and return shipping will be your responsibility. 

Sezzle orders are never refunded for any reason or amount, discount codes only.

International Orders:
We are not responsible for any customs or import fees, taxes or delays. 
Shipping is non-refundable for lost or undeliverable packages.

What Information Are You Collecting and How Are You Collecting It?

When a visitor requests a page from the Fill In The Blanks Canada website, our web servers automatically recognize that visitor’s domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We use this information to examine our traffic but do not collect and evaluate this information for individuals.

What Other Information Do You Request?

We may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to e-mail newsletters, announcement lists or product updates). Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested. We maintain a strict “No-Spam” policy that means that we do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent.

When you enter a contest or other promotion, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

What Information Do You Collect When I Purchase Something?

If you are purchasing product, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and services. Regular company newsletters are only sent to those that have consented to this service. Your information will not be sold to third parties for any purpose.
